1. What shipping options are available?

We ship worldwide from the USA. Orders are shipped Monday - Friday. We offer a variety of shipping options with USPS (United States Postal Service) and UPS, from Express to Economy. Select your preferred shipping service at checkout, the accurate cost of shipping will be calculated based on your address.

2. What is our return and exchange policy?

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, returns or exchanges may be made within 30 days of receiving your purchase, please download RETURNS FORM to make an exchange or return.
When shipping your return or exchange we suggest you ship all items using a trackable shipping service.

3. What if my item arrives and its damaged?

If an item arrives damaged, we’re going to freak out! No, only kidding. If an item arrives damaged, please email with some info about what happened and photographs of the item and the packaging if you can.

4. What is my tracking number?

You will be notified of your tracking number by email when your order ships.

5. International orders and customs cuties.. ehrm, we mean duties.

International orders may be subject to customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The buyer is the importer and must comply with all rules and regulations of the destination country. Additional charges for customs are the responsibility of the buyer, we have no control over these charges and can't predict what they might be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our control. You will be notified by customs should your order require clearance. We mark all items as 'gifts'.

6. What if need to cancel my order?

If you’ve made a mistake let us know as soon as possible email If the order has already shipped within that time, the items may be returned for a refund of the original purchase price less all shipping costs.
